Once you have placed your order with Box Sized Gifts we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days with Royal Mail.

The expected delivery date will be shown on each product prior to ordering.

If you have not received your order after 7 days please get in contact with us via boxsizedgifts@hotmail.com or our contact us page.

The gifts will come gift wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and then put into a parcel bag for extra secureness during transit.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours so should you wish to make any changes we advise these are requested within 60 minutes of placing the order so that we can tally things up correctly before dispatching. We are able to change the shipping address, product swaps, adding a gift message or refund request.

 If you have received a dispatch email then unfortunately we cannot make any changes or process a refund as the order has left our premises.

Our Create Your Own Gift Box feature allows you create your own box with either 5, 7 or 10 items in.
Once you decided which option you would like then choose the allocated amount from the items by clicking add to bag.
Once you have chosen the correct amount you will be asked if you would like to add a gift card or not have one at all.
If you have chosen to have a gift card then it will take you to the next process of adding your personalised message. Once complete it will add directly into your basket to go through the checkout stage.

If your order hasnt arrived within the time frame stated on our delivery page, then please get in contact so we can advise on the next steps to take.

Once 14 days have past from the dispatch we are unable to assist with any missing parcels.

For whatever reason, if you have changed your mind, we will be more than happy to process a refund as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your order. Your order must be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of shipping the product back will be your responsibility.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused. 

Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the point we process your refund.
